The Hymas family wanted a backyard that could handle it all: a full-size gunite pool for swimming and games, a separate raised spa for relaxing after the sun goes down, and a slide that makes it the house every kid in the neighborhood wants to visit.
The raised spa sits above the water line, wrapped in natural stone tile that gives the whole space a warm, resort-like feel — and the generous concrete deck leaves plenty of room for loungers, umbrellas, and everything else a real summer requires.
Like every pool we build, the shell is steel-reinforced concrete engineered for Idaho's freeze-thaw winters — so this backyard will be making memories for decades, not seasons.
The spa sits elevated above the main pool, finished in natural stone tile. Raising the spa creates a focal point for the whole yard and keeps warm-water soaking comfortable well past swim season.
